Preparation

1. Implant Consultation with Dr.Shafeeq Bader
2. (Determined by doctor) CBCT Scan of the jaws
   to ensure validity of placement (estimated cost $269)
3. Initial impression of surgical stent/guide
4. Surgcial placement of implant
   • 1 week follow up
   • 1 month follow up and evaluation
     of implant integration
5. Impression for abutment and crown
   • 2 – 3 weeks lab time
6. Delivery of abutment and crown

Post- objective care

1. Regular cleaning the implant surrounding teeth,keeping up with oral hygiene to ensure long term success
2. Schedule regular visits with your dental provider
3. If yourimplant feelsloose or painful,call us immediately
